120 Transformation Program - Day 7

DAY 7-14:

This marks day 7 after my Tshock session. After a week of eating healthy and exercising 5 days this week, I am feeling less bloated and still very motivated. I tried this new recipe on the app MACROSTAX given with the 120 transformation and it was easy and delicious. It was an easy Missippi pot roast meal and I was able to eat it for work for 3 days! It only had 2g of carbs, 56 gs of protein, 12g of fat, and only 343 calories per serving! Everyone's diet is different and varies but my goal is to eat high protein and low fat each meal and this was a perfect recipe for me! It also only took 15 minutes to prep and left it in the crockpot for 5 hours so it was very easy! MACROSTAX has helped me a ton with realizing the amount of fat and protein in each meal that I didn't know before and is helping me reach my protein intake. I have also been tracking my water intake to drink at least a gallon of water every day. An easy way I try to break it up and keep track is to drink at least 20 oz of water after each meal every day. I definitely notice I am peeing more but it is helping with the Tshock process excreting out the lymphatic drainage.

I have been loving HOTWORX and going to the gym so much! It has been an amazing way to get a good sweat going and all the staff and members treat you like family! There are a few members that I see every time I go in to work out who ask how I am doing on my journey and they are holding me accountable. It really is helping me stay motivated and keep on track with my goals and helps to foster a sense of community within the group. With already feeling less bloated after the first session it also helps me want to stay consistent. The gym has also helped me become stronger as well! I feel like I can life heavier and go longer the more I continue to show up. I have definitely been sore the past couple of days but that’s how I know I’m building muscle and getting somewhere. I have also added creatine to my protein shakes to help with my recovery and keep my muscles hydrated.

My next session was just as motivating as the first. We did not measure yet but we will at the 3rd session to track my progress. At day 14 I took another inbody scan and was 2% body fat down with 2 lbs of muscle gained. My weight has stayed the same but my goal is to lose fat and gain muscle. This body scan made my entire week and helped me want to work and push myself even harder! Over the past couple of weeks this lifestyle has helped me sleep better, feel more energized, make new friends, and feel so much better in my own skin! I am loving this program so much so far and can’t wait to keep going to reach my end goal
