120 Transformation Program day 98

DAY 98:

Hey guys it's me again checking in to document my 7th session! Only three more to go and I'm in good spirits! In total, I am three inches down from when I started and 12 lbs down! Now that summer is approaching I am cracking down on my diet and still drinking my gallon of water everyday. Now my body is getting used to the water and it feels like I need it and it's not as hard to drink 128 oz each day. Typically I drink about a half gallon in the morning during my workout and a half a gallon at work. I still am doing Orange Theory twice a week and I am addicted to it! I love the endorphin rush it gives me after every class. It's the best way to start the day and it feels like I can tackle anything the day brings me after class. The cryotherapy has still been helping my muscles recover and helping my body feel good each day too. After each Tshock session I still have been using the sauna and it has helped my skin and immunity throughout the whole winter too. After this 120 transformation is over I know I am going to keep up with all these healthy habits because I've never felt better!

During my 7th session instead of using the fat removal setting, we switched it up and tried the toning setting to tighten some skin. With losing so many inches so fast it is important to incorporate core workouts to keep the muscles and skin tight. Core workouts are the hardest for me so I probably didn't do as much as I should have but thankfully the Tshock machine has a setting for this concern. The Tshock specialist suggested alternating between fat removal and the toning setting until my package is up. This is the first summer ever I am going to feel confident in how I look in a swimsuit and I am ecstatic! Summer can't come soon enough!

Besides feeling overall healthier I'm starting to be able to do more things I couldn't do before in regards to my fitness. With doing Orange Theory twice a week, my cardio has improved tremendously! I've never been able to run a full mile without stopping and now I'm doing it at least 2-3 times a week. I have been jogging on trails when the weather is nice and it has brought me so much happiness. I never knew what people meant when they said "runners high" but now that I started running more it all makes sense. Only three more sessions and I can't wait to show you guys all about my final results!
